[xiph-rtp] speex rtp draft feedback

Jean-Marc and others,

I'm meeting informally with the AVT WG on monday, and formally
presenting our latest drafts on friday. I've been following the
vorbis/theora draft efforts, but haven't paid much attention to
the speex work. Can you brief me on what I should talk about,
what we'd like feedback on, what's new and different from other
drafts as far as the speex work goes? I'm not sure what to say
about it. :-)

Anyone's opinions on the topic are welcome,

Hi Ralf,

There isn't much new in the Speex draft, other than the removal of the
"penh" parameter which wasn't useful. I think it's mostly a matter of
pushing it further towards RFC. I'm not familiar with the process and
all, though. Phil?
